Dr. Wen-Hsiang Chang is currently the chief technology officer of Taiwan Biomaterial Company Limited. After graduating from Tsinghua University with a Ph.D. in chemical engineering, he worked in the Industrial Technology Research Institute for 12 years as the manager and deputy group leader of the Biomedical Materials Research Department of the Institute of Biomedicine and Medical Materials. Dr. Chang has extensive experience in the development of innovative medical products, especially in the fields of biomaterials, artificial blood, nano-drug delivery and contrast agents. He also has extensive practical experience in the design and control of medical devices. He has 6 patents and published more than 10 research articles.

Director Yu-Ming Wang is currently the director of the manufacturing and production department of Taiwan Biomaterial Company Limited. After graduating with a master's degree in biomedical science from the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of Sun Yat-sen University, he worked in the Industrial Technology Research Institute for more than ten years as an associate researcher in the Institute of Biomedicine and Medical Materials.
