The stroke thrombus negative pressure removal catheter system developed by Taiwan Biomaterial Company Limited includes two major products: The suction and removal of cerebrovascular embolism blood clot for the pump system, and the nickel-titanium guidewire for guiding cerebral vascular surgery. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted 510(k) clearance for the pump system.
